I’ve had good service over the years and been happy with the tweaks I’ve had until recently, which is why I have amended my original review. I have been quite disappointed as my Botox from Elements has given me a very poor result on my last 2 occasions. But honestly I’m more disappointed with the customer service - I genuinely thought they would be caring & concerned, who was I kidding?! Since this has happened I have been made to feel quite uncomfortable and to feel like it’s my fault. The advice has been very clear, I’m another of those who is now immune to it! Or is it that the vaccine has affected it or is it just doesn’t work like it did (that’s what they told me… ) Or is it just that the clinic doesn’t use ‘the good stuff? I really feel certain staff could have been more caring & understanding and not so ‘matter of fact’. Not a place I want to return to & trust with my face.

Everyone at Elements was super accommodating! I got my lips done today (1 mil) by Rikki - she was SO nice. She was really comforting and made me feel at ease during the process. My lips look lovely and I’m over the moon with them. Definitely recommend!
