The area is great: the bus station within a minute walking distance, there is a lovely park right next to the Element… you can reach nearest Sainsbury by walking in 2 minutes or Tesco in 10. The dorm is new (everything is nice and clean), rooms/studios are spacious with plentiful storage. Pictures posted by management are absolutely reliable, though rooms appear even somewhat larger in real! Being far away from home, it means a LOT having lovely people managing the building. From the day 1 with moving in, Martin was so helpful. He and Aaliyah are just amazing. No matter what the issue is they will help.

I’ve loved living in Element. As it’s a student accom, there’s a vibrant social aspect and it’s very easy to make friends. There are also activities hosted such as pizza parties and free pancake mix provided in the basement. As for amenities, we have a perfect place to study as well as to host people when you have friends over. Furthermore, when the few issues do occur as they do in any residence, the building manager Martin does a great job to attend to them and get them sorted immediately. He makes a huge effort to be available and accessible to all residents in order to make Element a safer and more reliable place to live. Note * we also have large rooms with double beds and full showers- which is quite rare when it comes to student accommodation especially for this price!
