This is the quality of their stitch work after paying three visits for this shirt. On the third visit they did manage to tidy up the loose ends but… using a different coloured thread?! I’m tired of repeating the journey to be honest, and have lost hope for any further improvement. An expensive lesson. Never again.

Really happy with service. Very quick to alter. The only thing I'd say is call before you go as there's not always someone there. If you turn up and no one there always call and someone comes along. I had a dress taken in at top was too big and a hook and eye fitted it was £30 it was well worth it.
