Avoid this business at all costs!!! They took my order, a guy rang and sounded genuine enough telling me he would send over a template for approval. Guess what didnt happen, even after several emails and voice messages from me, to chase it up, no response. Just took the money and disappeared. Strange how he managed to pick the phone up when I rang with my initial enquiry...I placed the order in early December 2023 and other than the initial automated email reciept, have had no correspondance from this company to date. Thankfuly I paid with a major credit card, who have now refunded me, and are dealing with the case directly. Moral of the story, dont waste your time. This guy is the lowest of the low scamming someone for a memorial of all things.

From February every week he is creating new story and keeped me waiting for my headstone order 5 month. I am very unsatisfied and angry he is not a person even. I just give him to God. God knows very well how to deal with him. Never ever advice this experience to anyone. Most people I know all of them had very awful experience with him. My review is - 100 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Now you are saying " You did not pay for order" 😂😂😂😡 I can only laugh it even you don't know that first should be service after payment. I saw like you cheaters a lot, earning haram money under halal rules. Your 2 words did not match how to pay you after have a triple truble. Also you deserved all swearing because the man should have personality you don't have it. I never saw a lier like you. I refused your company and get my contract from you after 5 months your lies. WIth 4 children and 12 grandchildren who all wanted to express their opinions on the headstone design/wording, we kept changing our mind but Elegant supporting us until we finally got there. The 3D images were a great help. You kept to your original quote even though we added additional bits. Thank you Wahid for your patience and fast turn around.
