Disappointed. Having used them previously with no issues, I thought I would try again this year. The date was confirmed and invoice sent, I paid the deposit. (So would assume its all booked) A week later I got an email literally saying 'Cant' do it', no apology nothing. There customer service skills clearly need some work. Very disappointed. Wont be using them again.

Just used Elegance Services for our special event. We had deferred the event due to COVID 4 times/18 months but David could not have been more helpful in being ready each to time to move the date and then finally honour the order. His delivery expert was super helpful in manoeuvring the unit into a challenging space on the top of a hill and making sure it was set up safely.. And the overall high quality look and feel of the Unit did not disappoint! Can highly recommend.

The quality of the unit was excellent and 'as new'. I would certainly use Elegance for my next event and have no hesitation in recommending them for your party not matter how big or small.
