I had a massage here and whilst the massage itself was fine and well-priced, the masseuse halfway through the massage when I turned over commented, unprovoked, “you have a lot of acne on your face”. This felt unnecessary and actually targeted a real insecurity of mine, meaning I left the salon feeling worse than when I entered which was obviously the opposite intended effect of my visit. I would not return to the salon.

Do not recommend I had a Hollywood wax here and they have missed big patches and the patches they have done they have ripped my skin off I have been having Hollywood waxes for years and I have never had a pain like I have after having it done here 👎🏼

The owner is really friendly, helpful and removal of previous lashes (applied by another salon) was great. However I recently had eyelash extensions done here and I am sorry to say they were awful. I hate leaving bad reviews as appreciate this is someone’s business but some of the lashes were glued to my eyelids not my natural lashes and we’re painful which i’ve never experienced before. One eye was better than the other, but overall not good versus the cost. Too much glue was used whereby my left lashes were completely stuck to the white pad, I think the inexperience with lashes showed. But it’s not to say a more experienced therapist wouldn’t do a better job but off the back of my recent treatment I wouldn’t recommend for lashes. However the salon seemed relatively busy for other treatments so I am sure other treatments at this salon are better.
