Edit: I did finally get a response that works for me so I have bumped up my review to a tentative 3. If anything happens after this will update this review. Bought a TV from them. All looked fine when unboxed by the courier, beware though, once we got around to turning it on a big screen defect appeared and now they won't give us a refund or change the TV. If you do buy, make sure to record a video when you first turn it on. Also do it with the courier still there. The one picture is what showed when we turned it on. Out of the box. The second on is after we turned it off. That wasn't visible until after we turned it on.

It's good. The value is great. It's ridiculous how much money you'll save if you don't mind the few dings and bangs on a TV. Although that being said, even better discounts can be found via eBay. If you want something fast and quick, this is the one. However, if you really want to, I'd suggest you play the waiting game on eBay and find an auction or eBay sellers such as yellow electronics or Swifttech101. They both deliver, too. I've ordered from both sellers, and it was just as seemless.

Was sure based on the website, as I always feel if something appears to be too good to be true it probably is. Not in this case, I could have happily bought online, but I live close and drove down and the team were very supportive in ensuring I got the most 'bang for my buck' when it came to my TV options. No hard sell, just honest, fair knowledgeable feedback which led to me leaving with exactly what I wanted. Great place, will buy all tv's from hear in future
