They've had a handful of stinkers on here so feel need to defend as I bought a sound bar from them on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday: perfectly packaged, undamaged, UK spec etc. and - even better - over £100 cheaper than the closest rival. Thanks guys.

Amazon order went wrong and they rectified the issue, however when re-ordering over the phone I was asked for my cards SECURITY CODE !!! PLEASE NEVER GIVE THIS INFORMATION TO ANYONE !!! Ask for electronic empire's bank details per email and transfer the money instead. This is massively important to not become a victim of fraud!

Ordered a 28" LG Smart TV on Sunday evening from the Electronic Empire Website. The price was very good and included free delivery. My order was processed at 06:01 Monday morning (email to confirm) and delivered via 'DPD NEXTDAY' on Tuesday. (a tracking number would have been useful, but on this occasion was not required) Packing was absolutely incredible, never had anything so well packaged. TV was in original box, absolutely as new and with all accessories and instructions. It is now fully set up in the bedroom and working perfectly, including NETFLIX via WiFi to keep Mrs V happy. I am a super pleased customer!!

Ordered a TV from them through Amazon. They called 3 times within 2 minutes a few days later which I missed. When the delivery guy called he said it would be delivered next day(no option of when it would suit as per their amazon delivery statement, nor 2 hr window but between 7am and 3pm) I called back 10 minutes later to advise that would need to be othet day as no one in house. Guy said he would need to charge to change, or could he leave it somewhere..a TV ?🤔 I said if couldn't change date then to refund which he smuggly said he would. Clearly not a business bothered about customet service/ revenue employing arrogant staff. Have ordered for same price from another seller so their loss.

Tracking parcel impossible. When you click on contact seller to track parcel - you get an auto bot that tells you nothing different. If you phone them, you get a mumbled heavily accented, phone back tomorrow. Needed to confirm delivery date as no one home 1 day this week. Wanted to ensure that it was delivered any other day - No help - no confidence the delivery will happen
