Really great services! Emma is very friendly and polite and the space looks very clean. She is very gentle and accurate with the equipment, and didn't get as much redness and swelling as I have gotten with other aestheticians in the past.

Iv been seeing Emma for about 6 months now having electrolysis on my face. Emma has been kind, attentive and I have seen great results so far and will keep going back until I reach my desired goal. She’s also offered advice about skincare. My skin is still looking fresh and undamaged. The space is always kept really clean and warm. Queer and trans friendly.

Emma is wonderful at her job and is both very skilled at what she does, and also very friendly and makes sure you're comfortable throughout. The fact it is often fully booked up shows a lot of business and repeat customers, so also take that as an excellent review in itself!

I went to Emma for about a year, over the course of many sessions. It had little to no effect on my hair. She uses a machine called the Apilus Platinum Pure to do a method known as flash thermolysis. This is a very popular method due to its speed, but it's also likely to cause scarring when used on hairs thicker than peach fuzz. It's unfortunate, but I do not recommend anyone reading this go to Emma or other electrolysists that practice this technique. Instead, I recommend seeking out someone who is skilled at galvanic electrolysis. Anyway, I can't go into everything here but read about it yourself and make up your mind - don't make the same mistake I did :)
