The experience in the showroom was pleasant. Staff were polite and attentive, but happy to let us have a look around ourselves as we knew what we were after. Free delivery is always nice too. We ordered a fridge freezer and a washing machine, which were both quite badly damaged upon arrival. The fridge freezer had broken door handles and the washing machine had several areas of cosmetic damage, dents, scuffs etc. I was initially extremely disappointed, but to the credit of everyone involved it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. I called about this issue at around 3.30pm and by 5pm Electro had sent their drivers back to us with a new washing machine, upgraded to a better model free of charge as they didn't have the one we originally ordered. The driver then unpackaged it, and removed transport bolts to ensure we were happy with the replacement. He also removed the damaged door handles and fitted the new ones for us. It was disappointing to have these issues but the way these things are handled goes a long way, and I'll be sure to shop at Electro again as they've looked after us so well this time around.

Shopped here twice now. First time was for a washing machine and fridge-freezer. Salesman was smart, knowledgeable and guided me to the best options for my budget. Free delivery too! Most recent visit was 4th of April and bought some smaller items but to heavy to carry and have free delivery on these 3 items too. Once again the sales team were knowledgeable on the products. Will go back if and when we need anything new for the house. Highly recommended with very helpful staff and the delivery guys too!
