I ordered some sockets and switches for my renovation in my kitchen but when I placed this order I didn’t realise I would be catapulted into my childhood It was delivered efficiently within 2 days of purchase, I expected good quality of goods as I have ordered from here before. I eagerly ripped open the bag to see my products and I was soon disappointed! But not for reasons you’d expect, I inspected every socket and switch with satisfaction and then went to throw away the bag but wait…. What’s this in the bottom! It’s only a packet of OPAL FRUITS! sorry star burst! I was instantly transported back to primary school where I would be unwrapping a cube of delicious sugar under the table so the teacher didn’t see. These were the days the morning due smelt a little sweeter and the birds sang in perfect song and the sun a little warmer on a cold winters day. The reason for the disappointment is that I wish I had a full bag of starburst. Sockets were fine

Used this company twice. Both timed they use couriers who don't care if you get your order which throws your week out. Plus its a 12hr window to get a delivery. I'm not at home for 12 hours straight nor at work for 12 hours.

order was 'in stock ready for next day delivery' I ordered well within the timeframe to be able to get it next day. it never turned up, or the next day, or the next day, apparently they sent out 3 replacements before 1 finally turned up. when it turned up it was all broke and cracked on the ends (2x 3M lengths of dado trunking) customer service was absolutely no help at all, would not recommend. if I wasn't in desperate need of the order I'd have to a refund and gone elsewhere.

Absolutely Fantastic Company. I've used ElectricalDirect a number of times and they've always been great but this week they went above an beyond. Our latest order was delivered on Tuesday 9/11/21 however the parcel was then stolen from our property by an Amazon Driver. I contacted ElectricalDirect at approximately 6pm on the same evening and their customer service agent was extremely helpful. After explaining the situation they very kindly offered to resend our order out to us and I'm please to say the new order was redelivered at 8:30am the following day.. Great service I for sure will continue to use this company.

I ordered 2 tubular heaters (6ft long). They were delivered the next day which was great, but....there was also 1 metal cage for the heaters which I had NOT ordered (?). When I took the plastic wrapping off, I saw on the outside of the box that it said “No Plug”. This was hugely disappointing and highly inconvenient. Also the ends of the two boxes were quite badly damaged and I had to cello tape them up in order to return these items. They were collected the next day and I waited for a full refund. After waiting for 2 weeks I had a partial refund. I rang and asked when would I get the rest of my refund and was told in 3-5 days. After waiting another 3 weeks I rang again and was told that I would not be getting the refund as it was in place of a large item fee. They deliver for FREE but they charge for delivering large items which these weren’t in my opinion. I will never use this company again and I have closed my account. What a waste of my time!
