    Please do not use this company BEWARE they are absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed the way they treat and lie to people! We purchased a Sharp tumble dryer for my elderly mother on the 19th of December 2022 we didn’t receive the item until the 18th of January 2023. We then discover it’s so badly damaged that it can’t even sit it on the ground evenly, after a month it then had a major failure and the engineer said it wasn’t repairable and electrical logistics were issued a credit code to replace the unit on the 7th of April saying they’d have a replacement sent out in a few days!!! Another lie after 3 weeks we were told they have no more stock (another lie) and we would be refunded! As of today 24th May we still have no refund after repeated phone calls and emails (which they never reply to) 🤦🏻‍♂️ I have resorted to contacting trading standards about the whole process and hope they can resolve….. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Item was delivered damaged. They gave me false tracking details for a replacement that never came. They refused any refund. Luckily I purchased this in my credit card as they had to step in to get my money back. Listen to all the other reviews and look elsewhere.

    I am disabled and was badly let down by this company. They had my tv since February and was to return it 29/07/2022. I was told they would come in the morning. A carer waited until 9pm the evening no one turned up. I depend on my television especially when I am not well. to be waiting months for a repair then finally when its supposed to be delivered no one turns up. it has been a very bad service.

    Called LG with an issue on Tuesday, Electrical Logistics called back within minutes to do the work on behalf of LG, booked the repair for Friday! Got a courtesy call at 10am saying they were 30min away (which I missed). Called back and got through immediately to a very friendly person who informed me of the engineers location and that they were 20min away. Two absolutely cracking lads from Dudley turn up at 10.32am, fix the TV within minutes and offered a great chat during, even gave some insight into TV placement as I’d just moved in. Gone in under 15min. No mess, TV safely handled throughout. Very impressed and pleased by the service. Would definitely use Electrical Logistics again in the future! Totally baffled how people have had such a poor experience when I’ve had an impeccable one - couldn’t have asked for any part of the service to be better. Cheers EL!

    My insurance use this company. They fixed my cooker knob but left the front of my cooker loose. The engineer told me he had shattered a bulb while taking the cooker apart and it would get fixed... that was well over a month ago despite numerous calls, first the management was on holiday! And another time a file had been sent to my insurers? My cooker is now unsafe and if I try to use it it trips off the electricity to the fuse box They know this but don't care!

    I was put through to this company by my insurance. Although a day was booked they phoned the day before saying they were unable to attend as fully booked. I explained the problem with fridge and it made sense they order the part first. I was told they would call once it was in. Nearly a month on, I had heard nothing so called them to find out the part was actually in the office. The guy arranged an appointment for me in the afternoon. However on that day, they came in the morning only to find me unable to answer the door despite being on the premises. Their repair guy had left by the time I picked up my voicemail, some 10 mins apparently when he was outside. I was furious at the continued lack of communication and other errors. Story short and nearly three hours on the phone, my insurance sorted it. Needless to say, they did not use this company. No wonder there are so many poor reviews. Customer service and satisfaction not great at all. Recommend you do not use this company and go elsewhere.

    If I could provide zero stars, I would. This company is dreadful and should be never be used. If you have the unfortunate business of being referred to this by 008 repairs, contact them immediately and re-arrange the booking. This company lied to me in December and said they were awaiting a part before they could attend (before they'd even inspected my machine). Luckily the machine started to drain again over Christmas so I cancelled the delay appointment in the January. The machine developed a permeant fault in February so I rang to re-book. I had an appointment booked for today but when I contacted them they stated they'd not allocated my job. I've been waiting over 10 days and this is their response. They are a disgraceful business! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

    Absolutely inept, collected a TV from my elderly mother 2 months ago, despite multiple calls promising to call back and never even providing a quote and claiming different parts at fault, she finally got hold of them today to be told the fault was now something completely different and that they couldn't get the part (screen) said it was irreparable and did she want them to scrap it, appalling customer service, wouldn't believe a word they say.

    I wont to issue a complain, as our washing mashine still hasn't been repair. The job was raported on the 30th of November. The firstly engineer didnt come on the arranged time (2nd of November) then he turn up 13th of November and found out that still hasn't got right part (part supposed be delivered 3 to 5 working days). When he was in our house 13th of November he advise that he will be comming next week when the part will arrive. When call to the company to find out been shouted over by their manager called Steve. Apparently they dont have nobody book for the job yet. Today 28th of December somebody should come to fix our washing machine, we will see whats happend. To be honest got completely enough uncompetent company. We are going to the loundry twice a week,so spended lots of monay over last 5 weeks. The deal with this company hasnt got any sense at all and this what is saying on your webside its just isnt any true. How the washing machine can be still not repaired over 5 weeks. Absolutely disgusting and horrible service.
