Our boiler stopped producing hot water and i was being told by other people that it was the diverting valve so I phoned up and spoke with them to see if they could come out and have a look and change it. Mack arrived and looked at the boiler and he informed me it wasn't the diverting valve and that not every hot water problem is the diverting valve. He fixed my boiler and gave it a service. I was very impressed with the time i called him out and how long he took to arrive. He was very professional and polite and was certainly value for money to what i thought i was going to be paying out. I would certainly recommend this company and use again.
