Ordered a spare rear scooter wheel and after a week and a half no delivery has been made. Sent 2 emails and have received no answer, called multiple times and they don’t answer the phone. #14306 (order number if they actually read this) Update. Received a refund 2 days after this.

Came to the shop with a wheel from my xiaomi scooter just so they put the new tire on the rim as I have placed new inner tube inside. The guy said it was punctured and installed new one. Turned out new one he installed was also punctured. Sent email, no response. Came to the shop again few days later so he can put new inner tube again, he charged me for that even more and guess what, that tube also got punctured the same day (most probably he damaged them when fitting tire on the rim). Don't recommend, prices are good but quality of service very low.

I had a puncher on my escooter on new years day so I had to carry it home I tired going to halfords for the repair only to be told they don't touch escooters that doesn't belong to them and got told to go to East end cycle who told me there closed so found this shop on Google maps and thought it's my last hope for it to fixed immediately they was friendly and even gave me advise on the tyre I should go for instead of rubber Innertube ones and told me I can pay on collect and they took care of my escooter I absolutely love my Soild tyres on my escooter now better then rubber ones and the battery is lasting longer then before as before it would die bout half way thru my ride to home now I ride to work and have 4 bars left and today even went from work to Westfield then to home on 1 full charge it was great I would highly recommend this escooter repair shop to anyone looking for a repair anyone who says there rubbish or con Artist are chatting out there back side thanks guys for your help your a diamond David
