I purchased an air fryer from this company. Very happy with it, but after less than two weeks it developed a fault and stopped working. We contacted Amazon who said we needed to download return labels and drop of at an address for collection by a courier company. After three weeks we were getting desperate, after endless calls, online sites, emails etc got us nowhere. Finally after using the photos I had taken of the package and labels, it finally turned up. Electric Mania received the returned parcel yesterday, and today we took delivery of the new air fryer that we wanted. I am thrilled with the result after the weeks of frustration, and I am so happy with this company. A big thank you to them for the quick response.

Horrible company to do business with. Will take 2+ months for your product to arrive and when you ask for a refund they will try to make you pay for the shipping on your own. I tracked it multiple times during the transit and was not getting any info. They responded that it was late due to covid, I have dozens of shoes shipped from UK to US in 5 days during covid. They will select the slowest option and cheapest option to ship. Snakes. Beware!
