Avoid like the plague, I was wrongly advice to purchase a gate entry system by the owner, Lester. It turned out this was not waterproof and needed to be under a canopy. From onset the night camera did not work, I called and emailed numerous times however no one came back to me to fix the issue. The worst service I have ever encountered.

Regrettably, I won't be leaving a positive review of my experience with this company. Having been advised by an entry phone specialist to purchase a power supply unit for his return visit, I did so immediately. It was left safely in packaging until the morning of his visit approximately 6 weeks later. Upon opening the plastic packaging and box (which was not sealed), he knew immediately that this was not a new item, had either been used before or returned after some initial interference. The casing was slightly dented, rub marks on the interior of the unit, unsecured parts and cut wires that shouldn't have been there. I rang ELS immediately and also sent photos and videos. No response so I chased and was promptly told that because I'd had the product for 6 weeks, they would do nothing because of the "rules". Paraphrasing, but that's the gist. Fortunately, the part worked but I do not expect to pay full retail price for an item that was clearly not new and with no flexibility in his policy, that's very poor customer service indeed. At the very least, he might have offered even a small discount. He didn't. So... if you're happy to pay full price for items that are not new, perhaps you won't mind. I do.
