I am extremely impressed by the very helpful service I have received from ordering to delivery . I needed to replace my thermostatic controller after 10 years. When I rang up I received very helpful advice on suitable replacements. I was sent a link to enable me to easily order one I had chosen from the electric boilers company including instructions for what my electrician needed to do. Finally the small package was delivered the next day. Since I was not at home I rang the company to check the delivery . I was sent a photo of the package left in my post box. Simply brilliant . 100% recommend

Amazing friendly, helpful, knowledgeable team. Generous with their time - showed and explained their products clearly and thoroughly. UPDATE: 15.10.22 - We have now had the boiler (12kW + 37l buffer tank model) installed & running for over 12 months. We have had a new bathroom fitted including a bath & mixer shower. We run 8 decent sized cast iron radiators which heat our 2 bedroom cottage. We have a wood-burner which we also use, but if it isn't lit the central heating is able to heat the place comfortably on its own. We use the Nest thermostat with the system - meaning we can schedule & turn the heating on remotely which is really useful. Our plumber (who hadn't installed one like this before) found it straightforward & now recommends them. Running the bath takes around 10 minutes, using "comfort" mode. The shower performs at a good pressure and is fine for up to 8 minutes without needing comfort mode. All in all we are delighted with the boiler & the after service (thank you Jaz) has been great. Five stars for Dylan, Jessi, Jaz & the rest of the team! Thank you from Kate, David & the dogs :-)

Excellent service from Jazz at Electric Combi Boilers. My boiler stopped working and started showing Error F8 in the evening after 6pm. Jazz video called to assess the problem and provided clear instructions on how I could fix the problem myself, without having to wait for a technician or needing to do a call out or pay any fees. Jazz is so friendly, very professional and obviously knows his stuff. Goes above and beyond for his customers. Will definitely be using him for all future boiler and plumbing work and have already recommended him to my friends and family.
