    took my machine in because it ran slowly then stopped they charged £48 pounds, kept it ages, told me they had to change the motor. Got it home and it worked for 4 yards of fabric then stopped working again. Why would a new motor do that then? Rather brusk manner from the woman in the shop and the man in charge of repairs clearly didn't fix it. Tired of company's that come across as knowledgeable but ultimately don't fix things. They don't pick up the phone even if you leave it ringing 20 minutes and don't have an email. Wouldn't recommend.

    Had my sewing machine serviced here also bought an Overlocker and new needles. Lovely service, couldn't help me enough! Said i could drop in/call them anytime if i needed any help setting my new machine up or have any trouble at all. Lovely people. Felt very well looked after.
