The guys at Elec2Ride genuinely care about their customers. They had bikes available on short notice and were super flexible with the pick up/drop off so we could just enjoy our day out without worrying of time constraints. The bikes are very sturdy and have a nice controller on the front to regulate the assistance. Also - and we hadn't considered this but turned out to be very useful - they are foldable which allowed us to get back home on a train when we got tired. We covered a lot of miles today and having the bikes collected rather than having to return them it's a really great plus for me: other bike rentals don't offer this service. We genuinely enjoyed our bikes and can't wait to plan our next trip!
