Bought a large number of items for a complete new house refurbishment. 16 radiators and accessories, and an entire Victorian bathroom supplies. Shyam was very helpful. But the biggest dissapointment is they will not take items back even unopened, and if you ever have any item faulty, the customer service is appalling. They ask you to contact the brand company, even though you have purchased from Elec Mec, and completely wash their hands off. Their items aren't particularly cheaper than elsewhere so it's really not worth the hassle buying from them. They don't seem to understand that a customer buys from them so they have the responsibility of sorting out faulty items.
