    My family and I had used Eldridge's since the late 80s. I recently approached them with a project and made it clear that it would be a bit of a challenge. After 5 weeks of delay and prevarication I asked them to make progress. I received a petulant reply which inter alia said; " You may well be an existing client but the beauty of being a partner of this firm means that I can choose who I act for and who I do not'. A most unprofessional reply. AVOID
