    Would NOT TRUST this company and as previously stated by other unfortunate customers the reviews speak for themselves wish I'd seen them earlier. An absolutely awful company left an elderly couple unable to use their door after replacing some glass, refused to even come and look at it and as many previous reviews point out worst attitude and manners by the managers wife I have ever witnessed, the staff tell blatant lies about the jobs they have completed and couldn't even be bothered to do the work correctly. The person who answers the phone should be truly ashamed of their behaviour and attitude towards vulnerable people. I honestly hope no one else falls fowl of this company I'm pretty sure any other company would be a better choice, please learn from our mistake.

    not all cowboys ride horses, I've recently just had my 10mm toughened stairs glass delivered. there was 4 pieces in total and 1 was damaged , it has a 19mm scratch in one pane quite deep. took pictures and sent an email to elders to which I got a response stating there is two issues here. 1st is the fact that when the glass was delivered and signed for they hold no responsibility and there is a sign in the shop stating this, but the other issue is they say that the way the glass is processed it may have defects which i wasn't told upon sale. they state that glass has to be viewed from 3 meters away which isn't possible on my staircase and also scratches under 25mm is acceptable. so if you want to take the chance and have glass that may be scratched that they think is okay these are the people for you . i wont be using elders again. best regards liam yee haa Service: Glass cutting

    I wanted a piece of toughened glass, so I called in but was advised it would need to be ordered. The lady advised that she had laminated glass in stock. I opted for that option. It was cut and loaded in my car within 10 minutes. Quick and efficent service.

    Disgusting customer service ( managers wife ) bought stair glass 5pieces in total 2pieces had imperfections that could easily be seen after going back to Elders Walkers Glass with both pieces of glass they sent both pieces off to be rectified when recieved them back 1 piece of glass was still the same after sending it back off for a second time I thought it would come back perfect to my disgust was told today come and get glass as we’re doing nothing about its not our problem I am disgusted please avoid this company as we’re out of pocket with a piece of stair glass that I wouldn’t fit in an old shed.I wish they had the same attitude when we were buying the glass as would of never used them in first place you think old school family business is the best but not in this case Avoid at all costs Disgusting service.Your bad reviews speak for themselves and you need training again in customer service as obviously it’s been a long time since you were trained customers have full right to speak back how you speak to them as your bad reviews state numerous times about YOUR attitude

    Family have used this company for glass and spent £££ only to be talked down to with rude and ignorant remarks by who identified themselves as the managers wife. Notified them multiples times about a fault in stair glass. To receive that low quality of customer care after the money spent, would never use them again. An unpleasant experience is an understatement. Also I’ll add, not shocked at all by turning bad reviews of poor customer service back on your client, considering that’s been done to other on here. Your bad reviews all have similarities - your disgusting attitude and lack of willingness to offer support or help to clients. The glass was sent back twice and return looking exactly the same. Chipped and faulty. Not fit for purpose
