Arrived for a pre booked appointment at 11am today, for my Best Friend and her bridal party….. only to find the shop closed and no one answering the phone. Some for the party travelled 30 - 40 mins to get here. Only to be left disappointed. Not one call, message or email to say this was cancelled! Would not recommend at this point

I was very nervous to start looking for dresses, this was the first bridal store I'd been to and being a bigger woman I was scared I would hate everything on Me. I was immediately reassured once I was greeted by Amber! She was so friendly and funny and made me feel so at ease with the whole process. She was so helpful and had so many great tips. I found a dress I loved but wasn't ready to commit but I would 100% recommend this store and if you want to feel right at home then you definitely want Amber! I wasn't as comfortable with the second lady who had to step in as another Bride needed the lovely Amber's help. She didnt seem as warm or enthusiastic and openly said she was too hot and couldnt be bothered to help me get into a dress and so I was ready to leave by that point, but other than that I had a great first experience, minus the end of the appointment!

This place honestly saved my wedding! After a recent mishap with my wedding dress, I was left without one when my wedding is 3 weeks away! I found the perfect wedding dress here (which is probably nicer than the one I had before) and it was on sale! They managed to get the alterations done the next day and said I'll have my dress next week. I can't recommend this shop highly enough. Its a must if you need a wedding dress!

Great service when my step daughter was purchasing her dress, very helpful staff. However, now with less than seven weeks to the wedding day they have informed her that their seamstress now only works every other Sunday, and have cancelled the first dress fitting. My step daughter does not live locally and has two small toddlers so arranging childcare and travel from London for the fitting was not easy, and they did not contact her until prompted by a call to check the appointment time. She is now having to find another seamstress at short notice who has availability. Very poor after sales service so we cannot recommend.

Brilliant experience, I am not a dress person and don't wear lighter colors, and thought of wearing a wedding dress was completely overwhelming. All this was put to ease by Amber. She was amazing at finding different styles and could easily find what I liked and what I didn't. Really listen to what I was saying I liked and didn't Very professional, and relaxed. Was not rushed. And felt completely at ease with this being out or my comfort zone. I would like to say a big thank you and appreciated every minute of my appointment. Really thank you so much.

Sadly this was a poor experience, resulting in a complete waste of time. I emailed to book and said I wasn't looking for a traditional wedding dress. I showed the saleswoman a photo of a dress I liked the look of and was taken upstairs to look at coloured dresses as I said I wasn't keen on ivory. This is where it all went wrong. I was shown two rails of obvious end of line samples, all in the sale and was even suggested to look at £25 ones, I'm not sure that I look that poor to be honest! I did ask that if the kind of dress I was looking for was available in ivory, so I had an idea of how it would look, there were none. As was pointed out in another review, I was left to choose and try on dresses alone, after trying one that wasn't what I wanted but wasn't as horrendous as the others, I decided to leave, this whole "experience " took no more than ten minutes. How very disappointing.

Very disappointed as took my daughter for a dress fitting and to be resized got a price then only to find when we got there the price was wrong and more expensive not a very good customer based relationship for someone who is post to be dealing with someone best day of there lifes

I knew wedding dress shopping during covid restrictions would be a little different, but I didn't expect to be left in a room to try and figure it out on my own! There was almost no support or effort from the staff to help me find my dress, or even get into one. I was limited to only looking at a small selection already in the fitting room I happened to be in - with no discussion about what I wanted or budget. This definitely wasn't the bridal experience I was hoping for. I didn't find my dress here and won't be going back. The dresses themselves as well as the decoration of the shop left a lot to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this shop at all.
