The survey detail was more than we expected even though we had chosen a comprehensive service . The surveyor had investigated every available nook and cranny to ensure a detailed report which included images - very helpful . We really appreciated the care taken to consider all important elements and also time taken to answer questions on the phone afterwards . I feel now I know the house we are buying and can plan ahead with areas to repair and focus on going forward . This removes the worrying element of surprise so often associated with buying an older property. I would highly recommend this company . Thanks again for your hard work and expertise . Amazing service from Carol and team. We ordered a building survey for the property we are purchasing. Due to the stamp duty holiday, there was a slight waiting list for the survey to be carried out. The survey was carried out on Thursday 6th July and I had the survey report, all 40 pages, in my hands by 10am on Monday 10th July. Really impressed with how quickly this was completed and how thorough the document is. We will be coming back to you guys if we ever need a surveyor again!

My son works away and needed an independent market valuation for a remortgage, so dad got the job of arranging it quickly! I called on the 25th Sept, the surveyor attended on the 1st Oct and the completed paperwork was with my son and his mortgage advisor by the 4th October. A very efficient service that was also the least expensive and the fastest when compared to all of the quotes that I also received. Hilary was easy to deal with, very helpful and very efficient. I will definitely use them again, should the need arise.
