Elaine has a natural rapport with dogs. My dog has anxiety issues and doesnt generally take to non family. From their first meeting, he has been ok with and around Elaine. So now whenever she comes to groom him, after a minimal amount of fretting he quite happily trots off with her for his pampering. Elaine is a friendly lady and provides a great, inexpensive service on the doorstep of your pup's home. Pup is always returned smiling, tail wagging, relaxed and looking/smelling great My staffie is more than happy to recommend his human friend, Elaine, to all his canine buddies and gives her a full 5 bark rating UPDATE: since my last review, I have tried to contact for appointments several times. I niether get an answer or reply. This changes my opinion and unfortunately, my rating.
