We visited this Mexican restaurant with some friends on a Saturday evening 2 weeks ago. All we can say is OMG!!!! This place is more like a cafe than a restaurant which sums up why it's situated on a back street of the main town. They don't sell beer on draught, only bottled beers. Although it has a sort of decor for a Mexican theme, there is much more they can do to improve it. The food is very bland, not well presented and the portions are small. Our friends other half ordered a buritto and what arrived was shocking. We all know what a buritto is so you'd expect a Mexican restaurant to perfect it. Well.......what arrived on the plate was a half size chicken wrap and a portion of rice next to it......yes next to it not inside the buritto. When the staff were questioned on what looked like a kids meal they replied that's how it comes. They have no idea what Mexican food is. I had the ribs & wings with chips. The presentation was hopeless, the chips were home made and the food is served on cold plates. Summing this up we will definitely NOT be returning to this restaurant.

We dropped in on a Friday evening with our kids (7 & 9). The staff were accommodating in finding us a table. Service was great throughout, and quality of food was excellent.

We had a bad experience I this restaurant. The house white we recommend for my mother in law was sour and tasted like it was sitting there for days. The food was very sad condition and only eat it because we were hungry! We are professional chefs working in Michelin star level . We know our food very well. I'm not saying I was expecting anything near a Michelin star but a good Mexican food. This didn't happen all of our salads had sweetcorn on it looked like the chef was obsessed about sweetcorn. My mother in-law had some rice and the peas was very sad looking,old and grey. Definitely not returning and did not worth the money we paid . It's not what a good Mexican food should represent!
