It’s the middle of the night and I’m lying awake, not from heartburn or indigestion, no. But wishing I had some leftovers from El Guaca to snack on rn. Sadly, our party of 5 all devoured our meals last night. Everything(!) was delicious from start to finish. The chips, the salsa, the guacamole. My flavorful and unique vegan quesadilla. The SANGRIA, holy heck, reminded me of my summer spent in Spain. Do yourself a necessary favor. Do NOT skip dessert. The churro sundae is something dreams are made of. The gf lime cheesecake was another level. And if all of that wasn’t enough, the service was outstanding as well. Dishes my family loved included the ribs, chicken, fajitas and fish tacos. I’m literally sad to drive back to Germany. 1,000 stars!
