Music was so loud I couldn't hear myself think. The barman with the neck tattoo was extremely rude to and left me feeling humiliated. Quite an upsetting experience..

Went on Easter Sunday where they had half the menu missing, was only pork and beef available. Then as we sat down and enquired about one of the drinks (asked if it came with strawberry fruit in) and they then Refused to serve us and told us we had to leave due to one of us having an allergy to strawberries as they was not insured to serve people with allergies as they can not guarantee cross contamination.

El Crapo: Awful place with rude staff. I went to El Capo with my family who had come to visit me during the bank holiday. We had lunch reservations at El Capo for around midday and was looking forward to it very much. When we arrived, although it took a while to be seated, it was understandable due to the busy bank holiday. The waitress took our order, however the music was so loud we couldn't hear her. But it was fine, nice to be in a lively atmosphere. About a minute later, the music was turned up even louder! My mum politely asked a man at the bar, Aaron, if the music could be lowered as we can't hear each other. His response was disgusting, "you want me to turn the music down for just one table?" My mum said we can't hear each other, he rolled his eyes and said "well talk louder then". We would have stayed if he was polite and explained why the music had to stay at that volume, but his attitude was infuriating, and there was absolutely no way we were going to stick around. We left promptly after. What a shame. I just wanted to have a nice sit down meal with my family.

The barman Aaron was very rude. A member of my team ask Aaron if he can turn the music down a bit as we couldn’t hear each other whilst we were talking. He made the comment “well speak louder then” as she returned to the table Aaron preceded to turn the volume up. There were six in our party and we had already ordered food and drinks. Due to Aaron’s rudeness our party left the restaurant. The restaurant lost out on food and drinks for six people. Hopefully Aaron with his bad attitude will be sacked. Due to Aaron’s behaviour El Capo in my eyes is now El Crapo

Disgraceful, went in with a party for drinks and got turned away because one member had an allergy, even after reassurance that airborne and cross contamination was fine. Says plenty about the hygiene levels in this place to put anyone off.
