Last year Laurie refurbished my sash windows. At first appeared ok, however not all cords were changed and now one old cord has broken and a couple of other windows do not stay up so I need prop them open.

Laurie was wonderful. Super friendly, and helpful. Repaired and refurbed 10 wooden sash windows that were in a sad way. We live on the Garrison close to the sea in Shoebury. The sea air erodes the window mechanics as I’ve since been told, so I was a little concerned I may need to replace them fully. Laurie came along as reassured me he could repair and get them all back up and running. Some we were unable to open at all. Now we have 10 fully working sash windows and we are able to open, close and lock them easily and safely. Yes, they were really that bad! Laurie ordered some additional parts which were delayed at the supplying end, but once they’d been delivered he came round to fit them quick. Over the moon! Highly recommended, would definitely recommend. Our neighbours are all now using his services for replacements and window repairs.
