Had a great experience having my iPhone repaired at ekrepairs. The whole process was so easy and convenient. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to repair my iPhone quickly and the quality of the repair was outstanding. Situation was a cracked iPhone 11 screen which rendered the phone unusable. As a man with a van I use the phone as my SATNAV so needed it ASAP - when I said all that they offered a loaner phone but as ALL my contacts and bits are on my phone I just agreed to wait the hour or so it took to be repaired. really appreciate it! 5 stars!

Strongly advise against using this company. Handed an Xbox in for repair on the 5th January as the disc drive was making a terrible noise. Was quoted £70 is the disc drive needed replaced and told it would take about 5 days. After 2 weeks, and being chased we were able to collect, charged £60 and told it had needed a service. On collection noticed it had been labelled as having a "freezing" issue. Tried to run and found the issue had not been resolved and the disc was now stuck inside. We were advised to bring it in again. Dropped it off again on 21st Jan and have today (30th Jan) been told to collect, with an additional £20 charge. The Xbox still does not work, now the disc drive is completely unrecognised by the console. Having asked for a refund we've been told that we can only get it if we give them back out Xbox for them to remove their drive and that this would also take a week. So now after almost a month, we're down £80 and to get a refund will be given back an Xbox with less parts than we started with. Customer service is terrible, very slow to reply to enquiries & apparently they can't actually fix the issue anyway.

I gave them my Xbox as I was having issues with the disc drive. When I left my Xbox I had to chase them up for updates and it took 2 weeks instead of "a few days". When I tried to use the Xbox the issue was still present because they treated it for an issue which wasn't even present. Not only that but now the Xbox is unable to eject discs now. I returned the Xbox to them and after another week without any updates they claimed to have fixed it. Now the Xbox doesn't recognize that there's even a disc inside ir and refuses to eject discs. They will not give me a refund unless I return the Xbox so they can remove the part they replaced. And only on a day they decide. Do not use these time wasters. They do not know what they are doing and have no respect for their customers

I’ve used EK repairs a couple of times and will most likely be a returning customer, based on the clumsiness of children and their phones. Daughters refurbed iPhone has had screen replaced twice and battery once and the team always have it looking like new when the repairs are done!
