Elliot was accurate in his quoting, worked within our very limited time constraints and really approachable. We are a wedding venue so needed the roof repairs doing urgently before our season started and quickly so that we could continue with the business. He stripped the old roof back, replaced all of the damaged batons and wood work, then re-added all the tiles.it was a much bigger job than he anticipated but he still managed to complete in a timely manor. He was a pleasure to work with, clean and tidy workmanship and phenomenal talent - so thrilled with our new roof! It was never any trouble for Elliott to explain things to me as the works were on-going during my site visits, and he also kept me updated remotely on progress by sending me photos of the works on a daily basis. Photos taken were used to explain fully what needed to be done. They arrived this morning and have sent photos so I can see the completed work. Very polite and helpful. Thank you guys.
