Terrible! Arrived with my wifes old car to scrap. Took ages to weigh the car and do the paperwork (they were more interested in their breakfast order). They crashed into my wifes NEW car with one of their trucks whilst my children were inside! They then became very unpleasant and tried to blame my wife for parking her car in the wrong place. AVOID!
