We recently had an emergency leak situation and Edward and his team were extremely responsive and came to examine and fix the issue at short notice. We have a young family so were worried about heading into to winter and things potentially getting worse. Edward and the team were great. Polite, courteous and professional, they fixed the problem within a day and tidied up after themselves to a fabulous standard as well.
