    EJ really knows her stuff when it comes to fitness. She gives great encouragement without being a ‘drill Sargent’!! Her MumFit classes are very friendly and good fun. My children are always welcome too, which really helps when childcare is not an option. My PT sessions are tailored to my needs and very enjoyable. Even though injury I have managed to work out losing centimetres and lbs. EJ is very professional, friendly and sensitive to the struggles most of us women/mums come up against when trying to loose weight and get fit.
