Had a great experience shopping for a last minute wedding dress, it was very last minute! The beautiful lady helped me choose a dress had a good natter and lots of happy tears . Do not place an order had the worst experience with her!!! Found out night before our event half the girls outfits had not arrived. She said they got stuck in customs etc Still gave her a chance until she asked for the remaining balance for the outfits that did not come. Instead of offering the deposit back she has the cheek to ask for the full payment without goods! Her words “ my job was to make the outfit I have done my part so I want payments” so her job wasn’t to deliver it was just to design the outfits. I asked for tracking info on the cargo so I could find out why the shipment was being held she refused to give me details knowing full well she will be insured on everything. She knew the cargo was being held for over a week if she had told us straight away it would have saved so much stress!! Never ordering with her again even if she gave me it for free, don’t need the stress!!

We ordered four suits from Eiliyahs and they all came on time and just as we wanted. Saika listened carefully to what we wanted to order and offered her expertise whenever we were unsure. She was reasonable in price and did her best to get what we wanted to fall within our budget without compromising on quality or style. Very happy with the service and would definitely go again.

Wow what an amazing experience with Saika, never met a designer so down to earth and accommodating to their clents needs! I odered one dress with so many specific defails and Saika always kept me updated with pictures throughout the whole process and adjusted everything just the way I asked. I was so happy that I decided to order another dress because I don't think I'd be able to trust anyone else now! I've worked with so many and designer's in the past and they don't even listen properly again after taking deposits, but Saika was brilliant.

A DIAMOND IN THE HEART OF BRADFORD!! If your shopping in Bradford for an outfit, you really have to visit this place! This place has the most beautiful bridal/ party Asian wear. The designs are unique and up to date with the latest trends and the prices are very reasonable compared to a lot of shops in Bradford. The lovely lady who owns the place is so attentive and works around your budget, she really goes out her way to help you with an outfit. I ordered an outfit for a wedding and it was slightly delayed due to customs however, she went out of her way to drop it to my house 30 miles away!! Honestly the nicest customer service I’ve ever received!, I would highly recommend this place for party/ wedding outfits, even if you don’t find anything, the customer service will definitely have you returning another time! I’ve had my outfit made from Eiliyah’s and the service was absolutely amazing!! The material used, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is awesome. I was kept up to date with the process from start to finish with pictures of the embroidery being done. This is something unique to Eiliyah’s because I’ve never had this sort of service from other places when I’ve had asian outfits made in the past. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
