I decided to go with a local florist close to my relative who has just suffered a tragic bereavement. In times like these, when you don't live close by, the only thing you can really do is send some support via flowers or a card. I phoned their shop and spoke to Carlie. I expressed I wasn't sure what flowers would be appropriate for a bereavement, but wanted to include purple, due to it being my relative's favourite colour. Carlie said she would put together a bouquet and email me a photo as requested. Needless to say, she really went the extra mile, was sincere and empathetic about the situation. She put together a bouquet that is just stunning, beautiful and elegant. My relatives were extremely touched and I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you again.
