Only went there one night, with the (good) junior instructor, a Dan grade called Tomasz. I do Tomiki Ryu; they do Aikikai, so it was like my style turned inside out! There was power there, and was pleased to see that they do weapons too. Again, a different style to mine, with very light, loose grips and holding the jo "oddly". But the mechanics were there. Thanks very much for the lift to where I was staying too -- passing through on holiday.
