I saw a friend parked up the road waiting to collect someone and so stopped to talk to them. Then afterwards as I was walking past this place, which is not a church it is someones fancy house. A couple opened the door and started shouting abuse at me, threatening to call the police, saying they had seen me talking to my friend. I was absolutely taken aback, is it now illegal to say hi to your friends on this unfreindly street. Apparently so, they told me that I was on camera and had better leave before the police arrived. SO MUCH FOR A BRIGHTON WELCOME. 🤢
