Best avoided a colleague visited this shop in our company vehicle, he was waiting to meet his partner to order a celebration cake, literally several minutes, an angry Asia woman appeared at door waving arms, shouting no park, with angry and abusive manner, told him to get off the premises, as such he chose to go elsewhere, few weeks later an unscrupulous dodgy private parking company sent a £60 invoice for contractual parking, threatening to raise to £100 if not paid within a short period of time, reason on invoice was not a customer, even though he was on the perimeter of shop with intent of purchase, never went anywhere else, other than outside of cake box, needless to say it’s not going to be paid, and is in dispute as not a fine but a none enforceable invoice, on later checking the signs that apparently form the contract to park, we noticed signs are hidden behind top of canopy, clearing entrapment, to genuine customers, guess they make more from false parking charges than from selling cakes.

I parked my car in front of Cake box SmallHeath , in November, 2022, just 6 to 7 minutes, I always park their to buy Cake, now they have sent me a fine GBP 100 , this is ridiculous, I would never go to buy Cake from Cake box , and would tell all my family circle and friends. This kind of a stealing from customers.

Ordered (via ubereats) a birthday cake at the very last minute because our original order with a different company fell through. The cake was delivered within an hour ordering, they followed instructions on the personalization and the cake tasted amazing. We will definitely order from them again.
