Waiting over 3 hours for RAC last night and they finally called Egerton. Egerton called me straight away and checked where I was then told me that a recovery truck was on his way, gave me an accurate eta and were lovely on the phone. Driver arrives, I can't remember his name but he was a lovely man from Yorkshire. He got me home and my car home quickly and safely so happy all round with them, not so much with RAC.

Think the bloke was called John (sorry if I got your name wrong ) the chap with mild “ T “ What an awesome individual, great job and really went the extra mile to help with what we thought was an immobile car . (Customer exaggerated- but we didn’t want to take the chance of firing it up till we got it on a ramp ) He went above and beyond and it would have been impossible for us to move the car with no steering(so we thought ) if it wasn’t for him .
