Booked appointment but still had to wait 20 minutes. Manager advised anyone with a booked appointment can stay the full 30 minutes to shop from the site shop. Told me to go away. Really? Staff now appear very unhappy. One long termer advised he was leaving without new job. Gone down hill. This is not a shop for car boosters.

Much better with pre booking system. Straight in no waiting. Could just do with the skips being at a level with the walkways as quite hard lifting heavy bags over skip edge. Helpful staff

Long queue despite booking system, okay service but some individuals working there are acting weird, today some dude who turned out he was collecting old bikes just walked in front of cars and completely disregarded the traffic, I pointed out to the worker at the gates but he didn't seem to be bothered, strange universe
