Ich habe in der EF-Residenz gewohnt, was ich auch weiterempfehlen würde. Durch das Wohnen in der Residenz wird das Kontakteknüpfen vereinfacht. Ausserdem befindet sich die Residenz nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Ein negativer Punkt war die Hygiene in der Küche. Häufig wurde das Geschirr von anderen Schülern nicht gereinigt und dadurch stapelte sich schmutziges Geschirr, was dazu führte, dass meist nicht ausreichend sauberes Küchenmaterial vorhanden war. Die Lehrer habe ich grösstenteils positiv erlebt. Der Unterricht wirkte für mich jedoch teilweise etwas unstrukturiert und z.B. kam für mich Grammatik zu kurz. Ich würde eine Sprachreise jedem weiterempfeheln. Im Rahmen dieser Zeit habe ich wertvolle neue Freundschaften geschlossen, ich konnte mein Englisch verbessern und konnte mich auch persönlich weiterentwickeln.
