Our Edwardian Cottage on Mersea Island comes fully furnished and includes a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, towels, free Wi-Fi, and a TV. We also provide complimentary tea and coffee for our guests.

What is the check-in/check-out process?

Check-in time is at 3 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Our guests can collect the keys from a lockbox located at the entrance of the cottage. We will send the code to the lockbox a day prior to check-in.

What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?

We have a 30-day cancellation policy. If a guest cancels their reservation at least 30 days before their scheduled arrival, they will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the guest will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
