Very bad service . They didn’t look after my 8 year old son when I was late and the owner wanted to leave my son in the Chinese takeaway next door because he was going to miss an appointment. I told him about my Mother in law having to go into hospital as an emergency . He said he didn’t care and he was so rude to me . I told him that he couldn’t leave my son there because of safeguarding concerns . But he said it was not his problem . I have had my son at ETS for over a year but never again . Is getting into grammar school worth it for my son been left vulnerable for abuse ? I am shocked at this owner’s unprofessional attitude towards child safety and safeguarding . Shame on you ETS !!!!! Please ignore ETS comments . They are trying to cover their own back now . They only kept my child with them because I refused for him to be left at a Chinese takeaway . By the way my mother in law sadly passed away a day afterwards . There was no remorse from this owner for family emergencies like accidents or hospitalisations or death in the family . It’s no point lying now ETS .

We approached ETS relatively late and just a mere 4 months before my daughter sat her 11+ exam. However, in just a short space of time, she became not only confident in her own ability but also in those who taught her. Having sat the exam and received her results, we feel that the time spent learning with ETS definitely helped her prepare for and achieve a high score during the 11+. We found Staff friendly and helpful throughout, making the whole experience enjoyable for my daughter and smooth for ourselves. Therefore, following our own experiences and that of our daughter, we would definitely recommend ETS to anyone who is looking for a professional and well run educational environment.
