    Grumpy old hounds welcome! -I have a mild mannered,14 and a half year old Labrador (male), with achy hips and some lumps. Ed immediately connected with my dog the moment he walked in the house. Due to the age of the pup I was asked to be present throughout the groom, which was great to see. The van is fully kitted out and the care and attention shown to my old boy was amazing, the wash was carried out with such great care not to distress the old boy, I'd let Ed wash me!
