Disgusting. Take forever to answer emails or simply ignore emails sent to them. Never provide answers to specific questions you pose. Shameful. A total waste of taxpayers' money.

I had a very pleasant experience here today. The security officer lady at the entrance not friendly at all but does her job well. There were two lovely ushers upstairs. A pleasant young man and a lovely older lady with glasses. I was very lucky with the judge. He is a young judge who is fair and very cooperative.

My experience with this Court since my attending it since 1982 has been positive. I have found the staff to be generally helpful and many times go the extra mile to help. I have seen staff and Court official suffer abusive behaviour and veiled threats. Many times, Court users have been upset, distressed and/or frustrated, because they may need staff to give advice or carry out requests that are beyond their remit. It was clear to me on those occasions that I had witnessed that this was because the Court user was unable to get legal advice. On the occasions when I had issues with the Court, I brought the matter up with the Court and it was resolved. Sometimes there were delays, but this was because the Court is understaffed, and they cannot cope with the volume of work as this Court has a big catchment area.

Never answer their phone, never respond to emails, I even visited in person to make a request for some info about a hearing and was told to fill a form and put it into a box (so 1980’s). Suffice to say, they never contacted me even after I did that.
