No longer open to public, so they will be making a financial loss, staff are grumpy and moody and there is an unhappy atmosphere in the building when I used to visit! I phoned Jan 2023, and a member of staff was very helpful and pleasant! So they can improve,so upgraded my star rating.

Very rude man on reception. Think his name was Sati or Satri. No customer service skills and was acting like he’s the owner. Was very rude and abrupt. The others I’ve dealt with are very helpful but this guy seemed to have a chip on his shoulder.
