I cannot rate Edison Green highly enough from the perspective of a seller, particularly the support of Jasmine. I sold my property through Edison Green; unfortunately there were many complications and hurdles throughout progressing my sale (due to relying on purchasing onwards). Jasmine and the Edison team were fantastic throughout all of the setbacks; professionalism, excellent communication, they went above and beyond to help me. As they are a small business, I felt personally valued as a customer, and the team were regularly in contact. There was no phoning up call centres and being put on hold and emails being ignored as I have experienced with other estate agents. Edison Green team frankly were the only competent company I dealt with throughout the entire selling and buying process, a stark comparison to the performance of the estate agent I was purchasing through! I have dealt with a few estate agents in Southampton before and the experience at Edison Green is by far streets ahead of what is being offered by other firms.
