    Edinburgh Waverley station signage is awful. There should be straightforward directions to main concourse. Some may think that people waddling around may go to the shops. But everyone wants to know their train time and platform before they spend any spare time. Signage to platforms is also very poor. If signage was better all businesses would do better

    Specifically Brian from scotrail was totally rude and unprofessional. Not friendly or helpful in anyway. He's not just representing his company, but his town and his country to visitors. Based on my experience with him I would never return to Edinburgh, never return to Scotland, never return to the uk and never ever give a dime to scotrail. Fire that guy before he puts you out of business making people miss their trains
