I had ordered a surfbag for a holiday before the Easter holiday that unfortunately didn't arrive in time (should have been more organised and ordered it earlier!) - Wetsuit Centre replied to every one of my increasingly frantic emails giving me updates from their end. They were very apologetic and gave us a full refund - I'll definitely order something else from them! Thanks :)
